1/2 teaspoon cooking soda

2 egg whites

Preheat oven to 350 levels F. Apply 9×5 inches loaf pan with cooking squirt.

Make oat flour: Place oatmeal into blender and blend for 1-2 moments until oatmeal resembles flour. You may need to end blender and stir oats a couple of times to make sure that all oats have been blended.

In a separate large bowl, beat mashed bananas, darkish sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs for 1-2 moments until the consistency is steady and creamy. Slowly add in flour combination and blend until just combined.

Carefully fold in raspberries and dark chocolate chips. Pour batter into ready loaf pan and bake for 35-40 moments or until blade inserted into center happens clean. Cool 10-15 minutes, after that remove from skillet and put on cable rack to finish cooling.

It normally takes 2 1/2-3 mugs of oatmeal to make 2 cups of oat flour, so you might have some leftover. This formula only demands 2 cups.
